Because we only have four rooms, we noticed that one night stays often block a longer stay. Therefore we ask a minimum reservation of two nights from May 1st until September 30th, except for last-minute reservations (less than two weeks in advance).
If you want to make a reservation, please click on the reservation link to the right.
availability of the room
Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure.
terms of payment
When making a reservation, we ask a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay. In case of a cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. We cannot take electronic payments, so we ask you to use cash or to make a bank transfer ( BE36 9730 9357 0981).
If you have to cancel your stay, that is of course a disappointment for you, but also for us as it is unlikely that we will be able to let the room if it is close to your arrival date. So in some cases we need to ask for a cancellation fee.
- A cancellation until four weeks before arrival: the amount of the deposit (25%) is due. If you want to delay your stay, you can do so up to four weeks in advance without losing your deposit.
- A cancellation between four weeks and two weeks before arrival: 50% of the total cost is due
- A cancellation less than two weeks before arrival: 75% of the total cost is due
- For a no-show, or for cancellation during your stay, 100% of the total cost is due
